In order to help dealers increase the number of Hybrid Sales/F&I managers on hand to ensure enough coverage when times are busy, LAGC also offers to recruit experienced F&I Managers willing to sell cars and be a part time F&I Manager when times are busy for LAGC dealers. In order to ensure coverage when times are busy, and to ensure the dealer has more options to promote salespeople from within who have proven higher F&I numbers than the lowest producers in the F&I department, the dealership needs two or three Hybrid Sales/F&I managers for every full time F&I manager. Good hybrid salespeople are often busy selling a vehicle, or have their own times off, and so the more hybrid employees a dealer has in the dealership, the more options the dealer has to recapture and increase F&I profits.
